Bylaws (Doctrine)

- Discussion
- Dissolution, Article X.A:
- suggest dispensing any books and materials to Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Library System
- Hashing out final bylaws and voting
- Jonathan suggested that we amend Article III.A to remove WNY residency requirement.
- Add Community Liaison role to Core, to be selected after initial meeting
- January – January office position period was recommended and approved to be August – end of July
- Core meetings are open

Meeting Schedule
- Core meeting first week of February to review and approve Bylaws, set first general/open meeting agenda/time.
- Tentative first General meeting in first week of March in an evening in S104 Williams Center
